Trisha J. Marroquin, PhD, LPC

Trisha J. Marroquin received her Bachelor of Science in History and minor in English from Texas Christian University and graduated with her Master's in Counseling Education from Tarleton State University. She began the PhD program in Family Therapy at Texas Woman’s University in 2014. Trisha is a Certified School Counselor and has experience working with high school students and their families. She also has experience working with in-patient adolescents at MHMR of Tarrant County.

Trisha’s approach to working with individuals, couples, and families includes a collaborative approach where solutions, instead of problems, are the focus of therapy sessions. She believes that one of the main goals of therapy is providing a safe and supportive environment while giving clients the tools and skills they need to make positive changes in their lives.
