Leslie McReynolds is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Art Education from The College of New Jersey and her Master's in Science in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman's University. She is experienced in helping people break free from negative cycles and build new ones based on healing, resilience, and growth.
She helps her clients address unhealthy patterns and habits, offering practical care and guidance for panic, anxiety, trauma, grief, and navigating challenging life transitions, including parenting, aging, menopause, divorce, family estrangement, and changing relationships with adult children. She works with individuals, couples, and families.
Drawing upon her background as an artist and a former art teacher, Leslie brings a unique blend of creativity and empathy to her therapeutic approach. With 30 years of experience in public education, Leslie has gained a profound understanding of human development, effective parenting, and strategies for coping with change.
