Leslie McReynolds, LPC-Associate, CSC

Leslie McReynolds is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate and Professional School Counselor, under the supervision of Dr. Lisa Grubbs, LPC-S. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Art Education from The College of New Jersey and her Masters in Science in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman's University. She is experienced in helping adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, grief, and navigating challenging life transitions and crises, including divorce, chronic illness, and changing relationships. She works with individuals, couples and families.

Drawing upon her background as an artist and a former art teacher, Leslie brings a unique blend of creativity and empathy to her therapeutic approach. She tailors her methods to existential, solution-focused, and strength-based techniques, ensuring that her clients receive holistic care tailored to their needs. With 30 years of experience in public education, Leslie has gained a profound understanding of human development, effective parenting, and strategies for coping with change.

Leslie's mission is rooted in creating a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where her clients can explore their emotions and experiences without fear of judgment. Her goal is to facilitate healing, growth, and transformation. Clients who seek her services can anticipate an authentic and compassionate journey, guided by Leslie's empathy, insight, and a touch of humor, all designed to alleviate stress, enable emotional expression, and navigate life's most challenging moments.

Leslie resides in Flower Mound with her husband and their two wonderfully quirky rescue dogs. They have two remarkable adult children who have ventured beyond Texas. In her free time, Leslie loves connecting with friends and family, reading, working on her culinary skills, gardening, and expressing her creativity through textile art.
